	Personalize Your Event At Leon Springs Dance Hall, the guest is truly in the driver's seat. Although you may choose from our list of preferred bands, menus and alcoholic beverages, guests ultimately have the option of customizing their special event. Black Tie Affairs Catering will work with any guest to ensure that what they want, is exactly what they get, but with the added value of working alongside a caterer that has many years of experience in making successes out of special events. A unique benefit to this method of event planning is that guests have the option to supply their own alcoholic beverages or simply choose from a comprehensive list of in-house, premium selections. The same method applies to menu options. Although we offer standard menus standard menus to our guests, any of the following menus may be customized to meet your special needs. Standard menu options include a Bar-B-Q theme, Fiesta Buffet and Mexican theme, Comfort food theme, and Heavy Hors D' Oeuvres theme. All menus are based on a 200 guest-plus minimum. If you have between 150 to 199 guests, please add a $2.00 per-person charge.
